Our mission is to steward stories and messages entrusted to us and to publish works that strengthen faith, awaken hope, and preserve truth for generations. As an arm of Troy Brewer Ministries, we exist to serve both authors and readers through redemptive storytelling that honors God and upholds the power of the written word, while directly supporting the rescue of women and children from sex trafficking around the world.

We believe words matter because they carry truth, shape identity, and reach places that voices alone sometimes cannot. Third Stage Publishing was born from a conviction that God continues to speak through stories, teachings, and messages that endure beyond a single moment and impact generations.
Through our years leading Troy Brewer Ministries, we’ve witnessed how Spirit-led words, carefully written and faithfully stewarded, continue transforming lives long after they are first shared. Third Stage Publishing exists to honor that process and help authors bring their messages to the world with excellence and purpose.
The name Third Stage represents a season of maturity where calling is refined by wisdom, stewardship produces fruit, and legacy becomes the focus. We partner with writers who recognize that the written word is both a gift and a responsibility.

Our story
It started with a pickup truck
and a simple yes
In the Texas summer heat of 1995, Troy and Leanna Brewer answered a simple call from Jesus to feed the hungry.
What began in the back of a pickup truck and a heart for people in need quickly grew into OpenDoor Food Bank, now serving communities across North Texas and beyond with millions of pounds of food and tangible hope. As people encountered the love of Jesus through that outreach, many gave their hearts to King Jesus, and OpenDoor Church was born to disciple this growing community of believers.
As they faithfully served, God continued to expand the vision.
During a mission trip in Central America, Troy encountered two young girls being sold into exploitation. For just $120, they were set free and brought to safety. Looking into their eyes, Troy made a promise: “Nobody is ever going to hurt you again.” That moment became the catalyst for a lifelong call to rescue and restore those trapped by trafficking, abuse, and exploitation.
While serving in Uganda, Leanna met a young orphan named Colin living on the streets of Kampala. His story transformed her heart and revealed the urgent needs of vulnerable children around the world. From that encounter, SPARK Worldwide was born, dedicated to Serving, Protecting, and Raising Kids through advocacy, education, care, and life-changing opportunities for children and families in need.
Today, Troy Brewer Ministries leads strategic rescue and restoration initiatives both domestically and internationally, partnering with trusted organizations to bring freedom, healing, and hope to the vulnerable. Supporting these efforts is Answer International, the ministry’s nonprofit fundraising arm, which mobilizes resources and partnerships to advance rescue and restoration work around the globe.
What started with a pickup truck and a simple “yes” to God has grown into a family of ministries that feeds the hungry, disciples believers, serves vulnerable children, and fights for the rescue and restoration of those affected by trafficking and exploitation.
Across every ministry expression, the mission remains the same: to reveal the heart of King Jesus through radical compassion, courageous action, supernatural rescue, and life-changing redemption.
